Deletes an evaluation. Use this operation to remove an evaluation that you no longer need; deletion is unavailable while the evaluation has unfinished runs.

Error handling
A 400 is returned when the evaluation has unfinished runs and cannot be deleted. A 404 is returned when the evaluation is not found. A 429 is returned when the request exceeds a rate limit. The eval_id path parameter must identify the evaluation to delete, and its runs must be finished first.
