List vector stores

Lists vector stores, which are collections of processed files that you can use with the file_search tool. Use the cursor parameters to move forward or backward through the results, and set order to control sorting by creation time.

Maximum number of vector stores to return, from 1 to 100. Defaults to 20 when omitted.

Sort order by creation time: `asc` or `desc`. Defaults to `desc` when omitted.

Error handling

A 429 is returned when the request rate limit is exceeded, and a 503 is returned when the vector store list is temporarily unavailable. limit must be between 1 and 100, and order must be asc or desc.
