Update a project rate limit

Updates a rate limit configuration for a project. Use project_id and rate_limit_id to identify the project and rate limit, then provide the limit values to change. The response returns the updated rate limit configuration.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request cannot be processed, a 403 when the caller lacks permission, and a 404 when the project is not found. The project_id and rate_limit_id path parameters identify the project and rate limit to update. Any supplied limit values must be integers.
