Error handling

A 400 is returned when the permission cannot be removed for the requested project or job state. A 404 is returned when the checkpoint, permission, associated project, or fine-tuning job is not found, or the checkpoint cannot be shared; a 429 is returned when the request rate limit is exceeded. Use an admin API key, and ensure the fine_tuned_model_checkpoint path parameter and permission_id path parameter identify the intended permission.
