Create a video character

Creates a character from an uploaded video. Send the video in video and provide a name of 1 to 80 characters. This operation is closing down and will be removed on a date not specified in the API definition.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request or upload is invalid or video generation is unsupported; a 404 indicates the character endpoint is unavailable; a 500 means character creation failed; and a 504 indicates the request timed out. The multipart body must include video and name, and name must be 1 to 80 characters.
